All our items are produced on quality material and are of high standard. If you are not satisfied please contact us. We may request that you return the items before refunding you. Refund will not include any postage costs.
If items are damaged or not in original condition no refund will be given. Please be extra careful with photo cards and other cards which come in cello bags to protect them. These should be handled with the same care as photos.
